Shipping & Returns


Shipping generally occurs within 10-20 business days from the time of your order. Michigan Weather and Holidays can sometimes slow delivery. Please understand that many times the delay is due to the shipping company and not the time it took us to get the product(s) shipped. If there is a delay due to back-orders or we are waiting on restocking shipments, you will be notified. We allow in store pickup if you are located close-by and would rather save on shipping. Just give us a call before you head in to make sure we have your order ready!

There are NO returns for our products.
As part of our continued effort to provide excellent customer service; we will work with you to satisfactorily handle any returns of any items damaged during shipping, with proper proof and documentation. This may be in the form of a replacement for the damaged item, an item of equal value, or store credit.  We provide ample information about our products, you may contact us with any questions prior to purchase. Any returns require the item be returned to us before any refunds/replacement will be given. We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee where applicable. By making your purchase from Great Lakes General Store you agree to this term. There are no returns for reasons such as, you changed your mind or any other reason except shipping damage, so please make sure your item is what you want. Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping/handling fees.
